PULSE + Hypoxic Brain Injury

You, or someone you know, may be affected by Hypoxic Brain Injury due to living with a Congenital Heart Condition. This may be caused by being on the bypass machine during Open Heart Surgery, a Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Anaphylaxic Shock, or other reasons.
The effects are invisible but may have a deep impact on everyday life.
This may affect you, or it may affect a family member, a friend, or a staff member/colleague. If you'd like to learn more about what happens in the brain, how it affects people, and how you can learn to live and work with it, join us at this event.
Vikki Herdman of Headway House/ Brain Injury Trust will be our speaker at the event. Vikki has been involved with the trust for many years and has worked with many people living with a brain injury, she is very knowledgable on this subject.

There will be a time for Q&A, but to make sure your questions are addressed, feel free to send you questions beforehand to Mathilde Noordzij via email: mathilde.noordzy@heartnz.org.nz

Please join us by filling in the form here: Please sign me up!
This event will take place via Zoom, a link to the event will be sent to you closer to the date.
