Ever get fed up of being told what you can't do? Come along and explore all the things you can do. 

An all day event with inspiring speakers and a focus on finances, exercise and nutrition. 

Anyone from around the country can attend, and if travel costs are prohibitive then branches can be approached to see if their are funds available to fund one young adult from each region

18+ all day free event- morning tea and lunch included

10am - Welcome
10.15am Jessica Manning - My heart and liver transplant journey.
11.15 Morning Tea
11.30-12.30 Breathing exercises and staying fit - a workshop for all with physiotherapist Julia Marr and Rock-it board manufacturer Dave Evans, accompanied by cardia nurse specialist Chris Armstrong for any questions you may have.  
12.30 - 1.30pm Ariana Omipi will share her expertise and help you to create your lunch and discuss healthy eating as you go.
1.30pm More time to eat and chat...
2pm A summary of all things travel insurance
3pm Afternoon Tea
3.15 - 4.15pm Brad Smeele - Professional Wakeboarder turned quadriplegic will inspire you all with what he can do - A life refocused.
