Palmerston North Murmurs
TUESDAY, AUGUST 23, 2022 AT 10 AM: Heart Kids Manawatū-Whanganui invites our members and their whānau to join us for a coffee, cake and catch up. All ages welcome!
Heart Kids Manawatū/Whanganui is one of the affiliated branches of Heart Kids NZ and supports 654 heart members (and counting).
We cover a large geographical area; the Manawatū/Whanganui branch encompasses the Horowhenua region from Otaki, the Manawatū, Tararua, Whanganui, and Rangitikei regions to our most Northern town, Waiouru.
Our small but dedicated committee are on board to help support our local heart members. We often hold family events (casual get togethers, such as picnic gatherings, movie days, bowling) for all our heart members to attend and to provide a chance for local families to get to know each other. Heart kids and their siblings are always welcome.
As we only have a few committee members, we appreciate having a “friends of the committee” list, where people can help us out during the year without the pressure of joining the committee representative.
